A cold start to the day with a frost in some places as well as some mist and fog patches in sheltered rural spots away from windward coasts. It will be a bright or even sunny start in many places though but the cloud will gradually increase as we move through the day. During the afternoon the cloud will thicken further to bring some mostly light rain by evening.
