It should become bright and fairly sunny at times across the island after a fairly cloudy start with only occasional areas of cloud moving through during the afternoon. It will feel pleasant in the light winds despite the low temperatures.

A very cold night with a widespread air frost as well as some dense fog patches developing which may lead to freezing fog in some places. There will however be some cloud drifting about which may lift the temperature a little at times.
Temperature -3’c to -1’c widely across the island but as low as -5’c in a few low lying rural spots although closer to 0’c on windward coasts.

A cold and icy start to the day with a significant frost as well as some locally dense fog patches.
Through the morning the frost and fog will slowly clear to leave a day of sunshine and occasionally cloudier periods. It remain cold throughout the day.
