Overnight report 
Overnight saw some heavy showers and for a time some very frequent lightning. Between 10mm and 15mm of rain was recorded in many eastern parts, although the northeast corner of the island saw just over 30mm falling.

Cloud and a few showers during the morning. The afternoon will see the cloud gradually breaking to give some good sunny spells by mid afternoon, however there is still the chance of the odd shower, with the highest risk in more northern parts of the island, especially towards evening.

Broken cloud and clear spells along with a few showers developing, although not on the scale that we have seen recently and there will be no thunder risk. Low cloud is possible over high ground.
