This afternoon will be mostly cloudy with some light rain and drizzle at times although later on we may see one or two brighter spells develop here and there. Low cloud and fog over the hills.

Temperature 11'c to 12'c

Wind SW 25-38mph

Rainfall 1-2mm

Tonight will be cloudy with light rain or drizzle continuing as well as low cloud and hill fog. It will be very mild. Further rain arriving around dawn as well as some stronger winds.

Temperature 10'c to 11'c

Wind SW 28-38mph becoming SSW 39-51mph by dawn

Rainfall 0.5-1.5mm

Tomorrow will start wet and windy with severe gales developing for a time as well as a period of heavy rain. During the afternoon the rain band should clear to the east but showers will follow in behind which may be heavy with the risk of hail and thunder as we head into the evening and overnight.

Temperature 11'c to 12'c but dropping to 8'c to 9'c during the afternoon

Wind SSW 45-55mph with 65mph gusts becoming WSW 25-35mph

Rainfall 8-10mm
