Tonight A few showers (possibly with hail) may push across the island over the next few hours but as the night goes on they will drift out into the channel with long dry periods developing as well as some clear spells. A slight ground frost may develop in sheltered central and eastern parts. Temperature 5'c to 6'c in the north and far west, 3'c to 5'c in most other parts although a few localised spots in central and eastern parts could fall as low as 1'c Wind WSW 20-25mph becoming WNW 14-18mph
