Today was very springlike across the island with temperatures reaching 12'c to 13'c in places and we even managed to see the sun on and off for a few hours too!

A mild night with a lot of cloud as well as hill fog and perhaps some patchy drizzle in places but that doesn't mean it will be totally overcast all night as we are likely to see a few breaks here and there.

A mild windy start to the day with perhaps one or two brighter spells but also some patchy drizzle as well as low cloud and hill fog in the south and west. During the afternoon the cloud will thicken further to bring some light rain for a time but this should clear away by late afternoon, perhaps with some brightness pushing in from the west around sunset. The cloud will clear through during the evening.
Temperature 11'c to 12'c dropping by mid afternoon to 7'c to 9'c and continuing to fall thereafter. Wind WSW 34-42mph becoming NNW 15-20mph around late afternoon
