This afternoon (29th)

Cloud is pretty much the name of the game for the rest of the day with a little drizzle in places as well as some low cloud and hill fog in the south and west. As the afternoon goes on a band of more persistent (mostly light) rain or drizzle is likely to push down from the northwest although this should clear through during the evening.

Temperature 10'c to 12'c dropping by mid/late afternoon to 7'c to 9'c

Wind WSW 28-38mph becoming NNW 12-15mph later this afternoon

Rainfall 0.5-1.5mm

Tonight (29th)

Any cloud soon moving away to leave a cold clear night with the risk of a few fog patches as well as a widespread ground frost and possibly a slight air frost in a few spots.

Temperature 2'c to 4'c generally with a few pockets down to 0'c but rising a little in the east later in the night

Wind N 6-10mph becoming ENE 3-6mph

Rainfall 0mm

Tomorrow (30th)

A bright or sunny start but cloud increasing to bring rain by the afternoon.
