A mild, murky and damp start to the day with light rain and drizzle. There will be low cloud and hill fog as well as coastal fog in some places and perhaps even a few general fog patches in other areas but these will clear through the morning although the hills are likely to remain foggy. During the afternoon the rain/drizzle is likely to become more patchy with some drier spells in many places.
