Warm with sunny spells, potentially thundery later and into tomorrow


Today
A very warm day although it will be windy too but some good sunny spells will make it feel very pleasant indeed. As we move through the afternoon we will see areas of cloud moving through with possibly the odd thundery shower. Later this evening the risk of thundery showers increase.
Temperature 23'c to 25'c but closer to 18'c on coasts in the east and southeast
Wind ENE 18-26mph becoming 26-38mph later
Rainfall 0-2mm (localised rainfall possible)
Tonight
Fairly cloudy with the risk of thundery showers throughout the night. It may be possible that some parts remain dry but if the island gets hit by any of these showers they will be extremely heavy with the risk of lightning, hail and gusty winds.

Wind ENE 29-40mph becoming 14-19mph later
Rainfall some places may see 0mm other places could see up to 20mm

Tomorrow
Some bright spells are possible but also with the continuing risk of some thundery showers although the risk diminishes later in the day.
Temperature 22'c to 24'c but up to 25'c in central and northern parts of the island but around 19'c on windward coasts
Wind E 10-15mph becoming SW later on
Rainfall 0-5mm (localised rainfall possible)
