Very warm with sunny spells, odd shower possible. Staying very warm the rest of the week.


Today

The rest of the day will see sunny spells but some low cloud may develop at times in the east and south of the island and also some cloud is likely to bubble up in central parts of the island with the rather low possibility of a thundery shower developing. The potential starts in more west to southwestern parts early afternoon and gradually moves north and east as the afternoon goes on. The chance of any 1 area seeing a shower in the zone is only 20% with the potential outside the zone at around 5%. Temperature 22'c to 24'c with a few central spots seeing 25'c although closer to 20'c on windward coasts

Wind ESE 12-18mph becoming S 8-12mph with onshore breezes in the south and west

Rainfall 0-3mm (localised rainfall possible) see map below for risk area.

Tonight

A mixture of clear and cloudier periods with just the outside chance of a shower.

Temperature 15'c to 17'c

Wind NW 12-18mph becoming 6-10mph later

Rainfall 0-1mm (localised rainfall possible)

Tomorrow

A dry day with sunny spells and broken cloud. Feeling very warm once again.

Temperature 23'c to 25'c with 26'c possible in the central and eastern parts but closer to 21'c in the south and west

Sunday to Friday Continuing very warm with plenty of sunshine although later in the week there are signs of a brief breakdown in the heat and drought with the possibility of some showers and cooler weather for a few days. Temperatures ranging from 24'c to 28'c in mostly light winds.
