Morning update - A lovely couple of days with plenty of sunshine

TODAY

A fine day with long sunny spells and just a few patches of cloud developing this afternoon. Towards evening it's likely that we will see some high, thin cloud pushing up from the southeast.

Temperature 18-20°C Wind west 10-18mph becoming west-southwest this afternoon

TONIGHT

A fine, dry night with clear spells but also some high, thin cloud making the stars rather hazy looking at times. It will be cold in many places with a few rural mist patches likely, especially around river valleys.

Temperature 10-12°C but a few rural spots as low as 8°C Wind west 5-11mph becoming north 4-10mph but 2-6mph in more sheltered inland parts

TOMORROW

A pleasant day with hazy sunshine as we see rather large amounts of high, thin cloud through the day. Temperature 20-22°C Wind north-northeast 6-12mph but with onshore sea breezes developing around western, southern and eastern coasts
