Morning update - Broken cloud and low shower risk today, bright then cloudy tomorrow

TODAY
A bit of an improvement on recent days with a mixture of broken cloud and sunny spells, although the ratio of sun to cloud will vary considerably throughout the day. We may also see the odd shower develop but these will be fairly localised and not everywhere seeing them. Temperature 6-7°C Wind south 3-5mph becoming south-southwest 6-12mph
Rainfall 0-1mm with localised rainfall possible
TONIGHT
Clear spells and broken cloud at first will allow the temperatures to drop and a ground frost to form rather widely and in some parts a slight air frost too before the temperature begins to rise slowly from the south and east later in the night. Rural mist patches likely in a few spots away from the south and east. Temperature 0-2°C but rising closer to 4-5°C around windward coasts later in the night
Wind south 2-5mph but variable 0-3mph inland becoming east-southeast 5-9mph inland
TOMORROW A mostly fine start with a frost away from windward coasts, but with gradually increasing cloud amounts as the day goes on although remaining dry throughout. Temperature 6-7°C Wind southeast or east-southeast 7-14mph
