Morning update - Cloudy with odd rain patch today, sunny spells tomorrow

TODAY
A cloudy day with rain close by to the southeast which will occasionally affect the island with some patchy rain at times, although some of these could be rather heavy locally, but also some dry spells in between. Towards evening we may well see a few cloud breaks moving in from the west. Temperature 14-15°C Wind southwest 4-9mph at first becoming 8-14mph for a time before dropping to 5-8mph by evening Rainfall 1-2mm but locally as high as 5-8mm
TONIGHT
Clear spells developing as the thicker cloud moves off to the east with just a few patches of cloud drifting through at times along with the outside chance of a rogue shower. Eastern and northern parts will see the odd patch of mist later in the night and towards dawn. Temperature 14-15°C in the south and west but closer to 7-9°C elsewhere
Wind west 3-8mph but variable to 0-3mph in eastern and northern parts by dawn Rainfall 0-1mm with localised rainfall possible
TOMORROW
A mostly fine start to the day with good sunny spells. During the afternoon we will see the cloud increase somewhat with the risk of the odd shower moving in off the channel, but in general most places will stay dry. Feeling pleasantly warm in the sunshine. Temperature 15-16°C Wind west-southwest 6-12mph becoming 12-22mph by midday
Rainfall 0-1mm with localised rainfall possible
