Cloudy with patchy drizzle, although some slightly heavier and more persistent rain developing towards dawn. Low cloud and hill fog likely. Temperature 9-11°C Wind west-southwest 18-30mph becoming 8-14mph after midnight then turning south-southwest by dawn
