TODAY A cloudy and cold day with patchy rain in places. Towards evening we will see some cloud breaks developing with perhaps some late sunshine poking through. Temperature 11-13°C Wind north-northwest 14-25mph becoming 16-32mph Rainfall 1-3mm (39mm fell in last 24 hours)

TONIGHT

Long clear spells will allow the temperature to drop well into single figures, perhaps enough for a localised frost in places. Temperature 4-6°C but as low as 2-3°C in a few sheltered low lying rural spots Wind northwest 7-14mph becoming 5-11mph

TOMORROW

A fresh but bright day with good sunny spells and patchy cloud. Temperature 12-13°C with the odd spot perhaps seeing 14°C in the larger towns Wind northwest 6-11mph
