TODAY
A fine, sunny but cold day across the island with patches of frost lasting all day in some spots. Temperature 2-3°C but around 4°C on windward coasts Wind northwest 11-18mph becoming 15-26mph for a time through the day but dropping back to 10-16mph later
TONIGHT
A cold, clear night with a widespread sharp frost leading to icy stretches and frozen waterways (lakes, ponds etc). Temperature -2°C to -4°C but a few low lying rural spots cold reach as low as -5°C, although closer to 0°C to 1°C on windward coasts Wind northwest 11-18mph becoming 7-14mph
TOMORROW
Another cold day with clear, sunny skies at first, although we will see some cloud developing into the afternoon with the odd very light snow flurry possible, but most places remaining dry and fine. Temperature 1-3°C Wind northwest 9-14mph
