The wind and any remaining rain will soon clear away to give a fresh and breezy day with sunny spells and broken cloud.

TONIGHT
Dry and fine at first but the cloud will increase as a large area of heavy rain moves across the island during the early hours, possibly torrential locally.
Temperature 14-16°C Wind southwest 11-18mph becoming south 8-15mph Rainfall 10-15mm
TOMORROW
A very wet start to the day with spells of sometimes heavy rain that will stay with us until late morning before clearing away to the east, only to be followed by occasional heavy showers that may be torrential again locally with the risk of the odd rumble of thunder.
