Morning update - Mixed conditions both today and tomorrow

TODAY

A lot of cloud with the odd patch of drizzle around at first but this will break and some bright or even sunny spells will develop for a time, although as we move through the afternoon we will see the cloud increase once again as a band of rain moves through from the west which may be rather heavy for a time. As we move into the evening the skies will clear and we will see some late sunshine across our area. Temperature 13-15°C Wind south-southwest 12-20mph becoming southwest 19-35mph for a time later this afternoon

TONIGHT

A mostly dry night with clear spells and patchy cloud, although towards dawn we will see a few showers running in off the channel. Temperature 10-12°C Wind southwest 16-30mph becoming 14-24mph

Rainfall 0-1mm with localised rainfall possible

TOMORROW

A few showers to start the day but these will clear by late morning to give a day of cloud and occasional bright or sunny spells. Temperature 12-14°C Wind southwest 15-25mph Rainfall 0-1mm with localised rainfall possible
