TODAY
A wet and rather miserable day across the island and staying that way until later this evening. Temperature 9-11°C Wind south-southwest 18-35mph becoming 14-22mph
Rainfall 18-25mm
TONIGHT
Further spells of rain at first, some of which are likely to be heavy, although after midnight things will dry up gradually with long clear spells developing, perhaps even the risk of some ice towards dawn. Temperature 0-3°C Wind southwest 11-19mph but quickly turning north 12-19mph by midnight and dropping to 5-11mph by dawn Rainfall 3-6mm
TOMORROW
Clear spells at first but the cloud will soon return to bring some showery rain from the south by the middle of the day and this will stay with us (on and off) until dusk. Temperature 7-9°C Wind north-northwest 4-7mph becoming south-southwest 6-11mph during the afternoon and increasing to 11-18mph during the evening
