Scattered showers this morning with the majority missing the island during the afternoon, although still one or two rogue shower may move through with sunny spells in between. Temperature 16-17°C Wind west-southwest 15-27mph becoming 18-36mph this afternoon

Rainfall 0-3mm with localised rainfall possible (4mm already fallen at our lake station since midnighnt)

TONIGHT

Showers will continue, becoming more frequent and heavy with the risk of the odd rumble of thunder later in the night. Temperature 13-15°C Wind southwest 14-25mph but closer to 6-12mph inland

Rainfall 3-10mm with locally variable amounts

TOMORROW

Heavy, frequent showers during the morning, perhaps locally thundery, slowly easing during the afternoon but still with the odd shower moving through. Temperature 16-17°C Wind west-southwest 14-28mph becoming 16-34mph
