A generally fine day across the island with sunny spells but gradually increasing amounts of cloud, although it should stay dry. Temperature 14-16°C with the odd spot seeing 17°C towards northern and northeastern parts Wind south-southeast becoming south-southwest 11-20mph

TONIGHT

A fine start to the night but the cloud will continue to thicken as we see some patchy rain arriving after midnight, then staying with us (on and off) until dawn. Staying mild throughout. Temperature 12-14°C Wind southwest 12-19mph becoming west-southwest 17-32mph by dawn
