Morning update - The odd shower today but cold and showery tomorrow

TODAY

A bright start to the day with sunny spells, areas of cloud and a low chance of a shower. As the day goes on we will see much the same with occasional areas of cloud and just a small chance of a light shower, mostly towards the north and east of the island. Temperature 14-16°C Wind west-northwest 5-11mph becoming west-southwest 18-30mph

TONIGHT

Long clear spells at first, but as the night goes on we will begin to see bands of cloud moving in from the north with the risk of a few showers. Temperature 6-9°C Wind west-northwest 8-15mph becoming west 16-28mph later

TOMORROW

A cool, windy, showery day with just occasional sunny spells. Some of the showers are likely to be heavy with the risk of hail. Temperature 12-13°C Wind west-northwest 21-40mph Rainfall 1-4mm with localised rainfall likely
