TODAY
Today will be a very warm or even hot day across the island, with good sunny spells, although there will be some patchy cloud around this morning, making the sunshine hazy at times.
Temperature: 27–29°C generally, perhaps turning a little cooler in the west and southwest during the afternoon.
Wind: North 14–23 mph, turning more north to northeast for a time, although becoming west or west-southwest in the far west and south of the island during the afternoon.
TONIGHT
Tonight we'll see a little more in the way of cloud developing at times, and whilst most places will remain dry, the odd shower could develop overnight, which could be locally heavy. However, most places will remain dry.
Temperature: 19–21°C
Wind: North 7–15 mph, becoming 5–11 mph.
Rainfall: 0–2 mm, with localised rainfall possible.
TOMORROW
Sunday will see a lot more in the way of cloud compared to recent days, with the risk of the odd shower developing. It will feel cooler than it has done for some time, especially in the west and south, where we'll see coastal breezes running in off the Channel.
Temperature: 23–25°C across central, northern and eastern parts, closer to 21–22°C in southern and western parts, and perhaps along the east coast as well.
Wind: North 5–9 mph at first, becoming west to southwest 11–18 mph during the afternoon and spreading across most of the island, perhaps not reaching the far north and east until the evening.
Rainfall: 0–1 mm, with localised rainfall possible.
