After this mornings frost and fog it has turned quite mild across the island.

There was a lot of ice around in more rural areas although minimal amounts of black ice due to the heavy coating of frost which made most icy patches quite visible. High cloud will continue to move through for the rest of the day although some sunny spells are still possible at times.

Tonight will be chilly with mist and fog reforming in a few spots away from the windward coasts. It will turn rather cloudy as the night goes on with low cloud as well as low level mist. Min temperature 5'c
