This afternoon will see some sunny spells as well as areas of cloud moving through and the odd scattered shower which may be heavy. Towards the evening the showers may become more frequent and heavy.

Tonight will start with showers which may be heavy with the risk of hail and thunder at times.

Later in the night the showers will move away as the winds change direction leaving behind clear spells, broken cloud and the odd spot of rain.

Min temperature 5'c - 6'c in most places, as low as 2'c - 3'c in some central parts.

Wind SW 12-18mph becoming 5-12mph then between 2am and 5am turning NE 7-12mph

Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with some showery rain at times and feeling much colder too.
