Min temperature 2'c to 4'c across the island but a few spots may fall as low as 0'c in central areas leading to a slight frost although we aren't expecting any icy conditions. Gales developing in exposed southern and eastern parts.

Tomorrow will be a rather cold day with a significant wind chill in strong to gale force winds although sunny spells may take the edge off the chilly temperatures. Some cloudier periods are possible at times, especially at first and again later in the day.

Gales over the hills and in the east and south.

Max temperature 4'c to 5'c with wind chill -3'c to -1'c
