Evening update - Very heavy rain later tonight and tomorrow with flood risk (see latest Weather Warning)



TONIGHT...

Clear spells at first but the cloud will thicken up as a large area of rain moves in during the early hours, potentially becoming very heavy at times.

Temperature 13-15°C Wind west-southwest 12-19mph becoming south 7-16mph later Rainfall 6-10mm with locally variable amounts




TOMORROW

A very wet start to the day with rain which will be very heavy at times. As we move into the afternoon the main area of rain will clear away but we will then see a few showers following in behind, some of which are likely to be very heavy with the risk of thunder. Cold for the time of year.

Temperature 15-17°C

Wind south-southeast 5-11mph at first becoming variable for a time before turning west-northwest 16-29mph during the afternoon

Rainfall 10-20mm with highly localised variations
