TODAY

A fine sunny start to the day and remaining this way through most of the day, although we will see some patchy cloud bubbling up by late morning and into the afternoon but staying dry throughout. Temperature 8-9°C with the odd spot perhaps seeing 10°C Wind northwest 10-19mph becoming north-northwest 12-21mph

TONIGHT

A cold but dry night with long clear spells and a widespread frost. A few rural mist and fog patches are also likely to develop later in the night, locally quite dense. Temperature -1°C to 1°C in general but a few low lying rural spots could perhaps see -2°C, although closer to 2-3°C around windward coasts

Wind north-northwest 3-9mph over hills and around windward coasts but variable 1-3mph inland

TOMORROW

Another fine day with long sunny spells and just some patchy cloud bubbling up for the afternoon. Temperature 7-9°C Wind north 3-7mph becoming northeast 7-12mph
