TODAY
We will see some hazy sunshine at times with only the outside chance of a shower, although the cloud will gradually thicken up as an area of wind and rain approach from the southwest, affecting the area through the evening. Temperature 13-15°C Wind west 7-15mph becoming southwest
TONIGHT
There are significant uncertainties with the exact track of an overnight storm system, but currently it seems that we will be impacted by some spells of very heavy rain at times, perhaps with some severe gale of storm force winds too, although some data suggests that the strongest wind will stay just to the south in the channel, so please come back later when we will have an update. Temperature 13-15°C generally but dropping closer to 10°C by dawn Wind large uncertainties with the wind becoming strong east then northeast if the system passes to the south, but perhaps turning more into the southwest with gusts approaching 80-90mph if the system passes over us or just to the north Rainfall 10-15mm but as high as 30mm, perhaps more in some parts
TOMORROW
Rain, potentially quite heavy, followed by slowly brightening skies and just a few showers as we move into the afternoon. Temperature 10-12°C Wind west-northwest 21-40mph
Rainfall 4-8mm
