Morning update - Broken cloud today and tomorrow with occasional sunshine

TODAY

A generally fine day with cloud and some weak sunny spells, although icy in some rural parts at first. Later in the day the cloud will thicken further with just the outside chance of the odd patch of light rain or drizzle, although most places staying dry. Temperature 9-11°C Wind northeast 3-6mph becoming southeast 10-18mph later

TONIGHT

Mostly cloudy but with a few breaks here and there. Apart from the odd patch of light rain early on, it should remain mostly dry. Temperature 7-9°C away from windward coasts where it will stay closer to 11°C Wind southeast 14-25mph

TOMORROW

Broken cloud and sunny spells throughout, although by evening time the cloud will increase as some patchy rain moves in from the west. Temperature 10-12°C Wind southeast 14-26mph
