Morning update - Damp and mild but turning cooler and a touch brighter later
TODAY
Mild, humid and damp this morning with patchy rain, drizzle, low cloud and hill fog. As the day goes on this will gradually break up to bring a few brighter spells by mid afternoon, but still cant rule out the odd patch of light rain locally. Temperature 15-16°C but dropping closer to 13-14°C during the afternoon Wind west-southwest 14-23mph becoming northwest, then north and finally east-northeast 3-6mph by the end of the day
Rainfall 1-3mm (12mm fallen at our Lake station since midnight)
TONIGHT
Rather cloudy in general with the odd showery patch of rain here and there. Temperature 12-13°C Wind east 8-14mph becoming 2-6mph later Rainfall 0-2mm with localised rainfall possible
TOMORROW
Another cloudy day but it should be mostly dry at first, although later in the day (towards late afternoon/evening) we will see some showery rain moving up from the south, some of which is likely to be rather heavy locally. Rather misty at times, especially over high ground and around windward coasts. Temperature 15-16°C Wind east 5-11mph becoming east-southeast 12-22mph but increasing to 16-29mph later Rainfall 1-3mm
