Morning update - Turning brighter today, cloud and occasional sun tomorrow

TODAY
Morning rain will soon clear as we see a mixture of sunny spells and broken cloud move in from the northwest, still with the odd shower but many places turning mostly dry. Temperature 8-10°C Wind southwest 18-32mph becoming northwest 11-19mph
Rainfall 1-3mm (12.6mm already fallen since midnight)
TONIGHT
Clear spells at first will lead to a cold start with a ground frost developing and perhaps the odd localised pocket of air frost too. A few mist and fog patches are likely away from the south and east. We will however see more in the way of cloud developing later in the night. Temperature 0-3°C but rising closer to 6-7°C around eastern and southern coasts by the end of the night Wind north-northwest 3-7mph but becoming variable 0-3mph inland although turning southeast in the far south and east and increasing to 5-11mph
TOMORROW
A day of cloud and occasional sunny spells with just the outside chance of the odd patch of light rain or drizzle, although most places remaining dry. Temperature 6-7°C Wind north 3-6mph becoming southeast 8-15mph
