Despite the dry start we will soon see rain moving in, perhaps becoming locally heavy for a time this afternoon before clearing eastwards and allowing some clearer spells to arrive later this afternoon. Temperature 13-15°C Wind southwest 19-35mph becoming 24-48mph this afternoon but easing back to 15-26mph again by evening

A mostly fine night with a mixture of clear spells and occasional areas of cloud. We may see the odd shower later in the night and towards dawn. Temperature 11-13°C Wind west-southwest 14-25 mph becoming 9-17mph
